08/04/2008: Radio Connection Students Who Get a Mentor are Learning How to be a DJ
 Los Angeles, California, August 4, 2008–The Entertainment Career Connection, Inc., offering certificate programs in all aspects of filmmaking, radio broadcasting and audio engineering, today announced a recent increase in the number of students wishing to learn how to be a radio DJ, announcer or a sportscaster with on-the-job training via the Radio Connection where they can get a mentor in the radio profession. The course teaches the skills required in a real radio station where you get actual on the job, and on air experience. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says announcers held about 71,000 jobs in 2006.

 Currently a successful accredited academic institution certified by the National Private Schools Accreditation Alliance, the Entertainment Connection provides educational apprentice programs for the entertainment arts including the film and TV, and music recording industries. 03/01/2008: Entertainment Connection Relocates to Historic Landmark Building at Hollywood and Vine

The former Equitable building is one of Los Angeles' authentic architectural treasures and an elegant, distinctive residential landmark.

 More than 72 percent of Entertainment Connection graduates are placed in jobs.
